This (Examination Announcement No. 05, s. 2015) amends Examination Announcement Nos. 02 dated January 22, 2015; 04 dated May 11, 2015; and 04-A dated May 18, 2015 which all contained previous revision and updating of testing centers.

Meanwhile, the rest of the provisions of Examination Announcement No. 02 dated November 10, 2014 shall remain in force and effect.
